Trend Colour 2013 | Emerald Green

Emerald Green was recently named as Pantone’s colour of the year 2013. This beautiful jewel tone has been turning heads on the catwalks and at red carpet events, and I think it’s a brilliant choice. Most commonly associated with gemstones, Pantone have described emerald green as energizing, luxurious, radiant, harmonious, striking, luminous, and sophisticated. You can channel any and all of those qualities by injecting a little emerald into your outfits, whether it be pair of envious emerald earrings or a beautiful, bold blouse.
