Last week I discussed what a life saver flat shoes are for when you want to look smart but you also want comfort. This week we’re talking about the Breton Striped Top.

4.   The Breton Striped Top

Whether you choose a tank top, a t-shirt or a 3/4 sleeve top, this is a classic piece that can be paired with jeans and flip flops for an über casual look, black skinny trousers and heels/pumps for a more sophisticated look or a blazer, skinny jeans and riding boots for when its chilly.  If horizontal stripes aren’t your thing, go for a top with vertical stripes.
